SUMMARY:EICMA – 2026
DESCRIPTION:The World’s Largest Motorcycle Show Returns to Milan\nEICMA 2026 opens its doors to the public from November 5 to 8 at Fiera Milano in Rho\, on the outskirts of Milan. Since its founding in 1914\, the International Two-Wheeler Exhibition has served as the global motorcycle industry’s premier showcase\, growing over more than 110 years into the world’s most visited event in the two-wheeler sector. With over 560\,000 visitors\, more than 730 exhibitors\, and around 2\,000 brands represented at recent editions\, EICMA once again sets the benchmark for every other motorcycle show worldwide. \nTrade-only days are scheduled for November 3 and 4\, before the exhibition opens to the general public on November 5. Visitors with disabilities may enter from November 4. \nExhibitors and Expected Premieres\nEICMA has long been the stage for the most important world premieres of the upcoming motorcycle season. All major manufacturers — from the Japanese Big Four to European premium brands and emerging Chinese and Indian makers — use the show to present their latest models\, concept studies\, and cutting-edge technologies to the public. Beyond complete motorcycles and scooters\, the exhibition also covers e-bikes\, accessories\, apparel\, parts\, and mobility solutions. \nKey themes for 2026 are expected to include the continued electrification of two-wheelers\, new rider assistance systems\, and the integration of connectivity solutions. In recent years\, EICMA has increasingly positioned itself as a platform for mobility innovation\, attracting audiences well beyond the traditional motorcycle community. \nSupporting Program and MotoLive\nBeyond the exhibition halls\, EICMA offers an extensive supporting program. In the outdoor MotoLive area\, visitors can experience stunt shows\, competitions\, and live demonstrations up close. International press conferences\, technical workshops\, and appearances by world-class riders from MotoGP\, WorldSBK\, and other racing series turn the show into an experience that goes far beyond a mere product display. \nComplementing the main November exhibition\, the EICMA Riding Fest takes place from May 1 to 3\, 2026\, at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli — a three-day festival bringing test rides\, paddock experiences\, and the sheer joy of motorcycling to the racetrack. \nMilan as a Destination\nFiera Milano in Rho ranks among Europe’s most modern and largest exhibition grounds. Milan itself\, as a global capital of fashion\, design\, and culture\, provides the perfect backdrop for a trade fair visit. The combination of motorcycle show and city trip makes EICMA an annual must-attend for enthusiasts from around the world. \nAdmission and Tickets\nTicket prices for EICMA 2026 have not yet been announced. Official ticket sales are handled through the EICMA TicketShop at ticketseicma.it\, where visitors can already sign up for notifications once sales open. Visitors with disabilities receive free admission upon presenting a valid disability card — including one adult companion. \nFree covered motorcycle parking is available at PM1\, located at the West Gate of the exhibition grounds. \nOpening Hours and Getting There\nThe show is open Thursday through Sunday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The most convenient way to get there is by Metro Line M1 (red) to the Rho Fiera Milano station\, or by train to Rho Fiera station\, just 500 meters from the entrance. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP)\, approximately 40 minutes away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the event without time restrictions.

SUMMARY:MotoGP - Qatar Grand Prix
DESCRIPTION:MotoGP in Lusail – Qatar Grand Prix 2026\nNote: This event has been rescheduled. The MotoGP Qatar Grand Prix was originally scheduled for 10–12 April 2026. Due to the geopolitical situation in the Middle East\, Dorna has postponed the Grand Prix to 6–8 November 2026. Tickets already purchased remain valid for the new date. \nFrom 6 to 8 November\, MotoGP heads to Qatar. The race takes place at the Lusail International Circuit\, located just outside Doha. It is one of the most distinctive events on the calendar\, as racing in Lusail takes place under permanent floodlights – making it a true night Grand Prix in the desert. \nThe circuit measures 5.38 km and combines a 1\,068-metre main straight with a flowing layout of medium and high-speed corners. Artificial grass surrounding the track helps prevent desert sand from blowing onto the asphalt. In total\, the circuit features 10 right-hand and 6 left-hand corners. \nTrack and Statistics\nAt Lusail\, Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner are among the most successful riders\, each with four victories. Jorge Lorenzo has also claimed multiple wins at this venue. \nLorenzo and Stoner share the record for the most pole positions in Qatar. \nThe current lap record (2025) was set by Marc Marquez with a time of 1:50.499. The highest top speed recorded at Lusail stands at 362.4 km/h\, achieved by Johann Zarco. \n\nSchedule\nThe detailed schedule for the rescheduled November date will be announced by Dorna in due course. The established format remains in place: free practice sessions on Friday\, qualifying and MotoGP Sprint on Saturday\, races across all classes on Sunday. \n\nDoha as a Travel Destination\nDoha blends a modern skyline with traditional architecture. Along the Corniche\, you can stroll by the waterfront\, visit museums\, or explore the historic Souq quarter. Many hotels offer extensive amenities and are situated close to the coast or in the city centre. \n\nEvent Details\nEvent: MotoGP Qatar Grand PrixDate: 6–8 November 2026 (rescheduled from April)Venue: Lusail International Circuit\, Lusail near Doha (Qatar)Track length: 5.38 kmLongest straight: 1\,068 mCorners: 10 right / 6 left \nRace format: \n\nFriday: Free practice sessions\nSaturday: Free practice\, qualifying\, MotoGP Sprint (11 laps)\nSunday: Warm-up and races across all classes\n\nRace distances: \n\nMoto3™ – 16 laps (86.08 km)\nMoto2™ – 18 laps (96.84 km)\nMotoGP™ – 22 laps (118.36 km)\n\nHighlight: \n\nNight race under permanent floodlights in the Qatar desert
