Motorcycle fans worldwide eagerly await the latest models and innovations from their favorite brands every year.\u00a0 While the big stage at EICMA in November is traditionally reserved for the big reveals, there are always rumors and leaks in the run-up.<\/p>\n

New additions to Ducati’s SuperSport world<\/h3>\n

Vehicles to be sold in California must be registered with the California Air Resources Board.\u00a0 Strict emissions regulations must be adhered to here, which means that models registered there are usually introduced throughout America and in other markets as well.<\/p>\n

A look at the CARB documents makes one sit up and take notice: Ducati<\/a> could introduce two new models in its SuperSport lineup in 2024.\u00a0 Until now, only the Supersport 950 and SuperSport 950 S were known. T he documents additionally name the “Ducati SuperSport S T” and “Ducati SuperSport T” models.<\/p>\n

Touring \/ Turismo models from Ducati?<\/h3>\n

With a wide range of models, Ducati appeals to many motorcycle enthusiasts.\u00a0 One area where Ducati has tended to hold back is the touring sector.\u00a0 The added “T” in the new models could be an indication that Ducati is now entering the touring market.\u00a0 “Turismo” – the Italian word for travel – could have been the inspiration here.<\/p>\n

Even though August 2023 is drawing to a close, the highlight of the year is still to come for Ducati fans: Ducati’s World Premi\u00e8re<\/a> calendar for 2024. Without any concrete teasers, the scope for speculation remains wide, and the excitement is mounting.\u00a0 It remains to be seen what surprises Ducati actually has in store for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
