Suzuki commits to the combustion engine: New technology strategy until 2025<\/h3>\n

At the same time, Suzuki remains clearly committed to the combustion engine as part of its current Technology Strategy 2025 plan. In addition to hybrid and electric drives, efficient gasoline engines will continue to play a central role in the model portfolio in the future. According to the company, it is working intensively on technologies such as high-speed combustion and low-friction components, which have been developed over many years to further increase the efficiency of its engines. Suzuki is also increasingly focusing on CO2-neutral and ethanol-based fuels.<\/p>\n

Series production of the GIXXER SF 250 FFV, a flexible-fuel motorcycle that can run on fuel blends such as E20 ethanol, has been underway in India since January.
