The brand is introducing a warranty that will be valid for a period of 36 months with no mileage limit. This includes fast response times, real-time tracking, assistance with continuing your journey, and digitally available information via the Norton app. Users will also receive personalized support based on their motorcycle type and customer profile.<\/p>\n<p>Another new feature is a two-year warranty on original parts and accessories. The app serves as a central interface to Norton Client Services and authorized dealers and is designed to facilitate communication.<\/p>\n<h2>Integration into Norton&#8217;s current brand strategy<\/h2>\n<p>The new service offerings were presented at Motorcycle Live in Birmingham, among other places, and are part of the so-called Resurgence Strategy, with which the brand aims to regain trust. The latest model range was first shown at EICMA and includes four new motorcycles, including the Superbike Manx R with 206 hp (151.5 kW) from a 1,200 cc V4 engine.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mainak Nandi, Global Director of Aftersales Ownership Experience, service and support are at the heart of the new direction.
