The collaboration between the two companies is intended to take them to the next level in the fields of motorcycles and electromobility.<\/p>\n

The strengthening of the strategic partnership is based on the joint intention that Fantic Motor will acquire 100% of the shares of Motori Minarelli by the end of 2020. This will also allow Motori Minarelli to expand its know-how in the engine & electric powertrain as well as its production range to enter the e-mobility segment.<\/p>\n

Fantic will also modernize Motori Minarelli’s industrial facilities, giving them access to selected Yamaha engines and other components.<\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
