In America, Honda is recalling the CB 500 X and CBR 500 R models to the workshops because of possible brake problems.<\/p>\n

It is possible that too much grease was used in the assembly of the ABS module. The grease could cause too much dirt to bind, which could block the check valve. This could cause brake fluid to leak out, which would affect braking performance.<\/p>\n

The same problem occurred on the Africa Twin back in February.<\/p>\n

It is currently unclear whether models outside the American market are also affected. However, since motorcycles are usually manufactured in a plant for the global market, this cannot currently be ruled out.<\/p>\n
