MV Agusta revises the F3 for Euro5. In addition, it also gets some new electronic features.
After MV Agusta has already updated the other 3-cylinder models, it is now the turn of the F3 Rosso.
The three-cylinder has been equipped with revised fuel injection and a retuned engine management system. The exhaust gases pass through a completely new system. There are no changes to the peak power of 148 PS at 13,000 rpm and the maximum torque of 88 Nm. However, maximum torque is now reached 500 revolutions earlier than before, i.e. at 10,100 rpm.
The quickshifter and clutch basket have also been revised. To stiffen the frame a bit more, new cast frame plates were fitted.
In terms of electronics, the ABS has been improved; it now works on the basis of lean angle. The same applies to the traction control. In addition, the MV Agusta F3 also offers an anti-wheelie function, launch control and cruise control.
The 5.5-inch color display can be coupled with the MyRide app via Bluetooth, which also enables navigation, among other things.
