Love Ride Switzerland

Love Ride Switzerland is a large biker charity event supporting people with muscular diseases and physical disabilities. The aim of the event is to provide financial assistance while creating a shared experience that focuses on mobility and participation.

At the heart of the day is the Ride Out. During this ride, bikers take guests with disabilities along in sidecars, on trikes or ecomobiles for a joint tour. What is taken for granted by many becomes a special experience for those taking part. The Ride Out is organised openly: guests look for a suitable ride directly on site, with volunteers helping to coordinate.

The event is open to everyone. Whether you come with or without a motorcycle, alone or with family, you are welcome to attend even if you do not take part in the ride. The motorcycle brand does not matter. No alcohol is sold on the event grounds.

Love Ride Switzerland is organised by a non-profit association whose members work entirely on a voluntary basis. The event is financed one hundred percent by sponsors. This makes it possible for all income from entry fees, donations and contributions to be passed on in full to people with muscular diseases and disabilities, as well as to selected projects that improve mobility and quality of life.

A fixed part of the event is the Love Ride Eagle. Each year, a person who is personally affected by a muscular disease takes on this role and represents the event throughout the year. During the Ride Out, the Love Ride Eagle rides at the front of the convoy.

Riders with sidecars, trikes or ecomobiles play a key role in making the Ride Out possible. No registration is required. If you take a person with a disability along on the ride, you receive a voucher for an official Love Ride T-shirt as a thank-you. If you already arrive with a disabled guest, admission is free for both of you.
