Will the 700 become the new sporty mid-range? Aprilia has come forward with the RS 660 and Yamaha has already confirmed the YZF-R7, based on the MT-07, by filing with U.S. emissions authorities, though not yet officially announced. Kawasaki could upgrade the Ninja 650 and get in on the action with a possible Ninja 700R in this segment as well.
KarDesign has now published a vision on its own Instagram page of what a possible Ninja 700R could look like. Basically, the look is very much based on the new Ninja ZX-10R, which is not surprising since Kawasaki always designs the motorcycles of a certain segment very similarly.
However, it remains to be seen whether a corresponding model is really in the pipeline.
