BMW announces updates for the two 310cc Roadster and Enduro models in India. Due to the introduction of the BS6 emission standard, which is comparable to the European Euro5 standard, an update of the entry level models became necessary.
There is not much to see on the pictures so far. Only the red painted steel frame catches the eye. The lighting seems to have been changed to LED technology. The headlights have been slightly reworked for this purpose and appear a bit more streamlined. One suspects that a TFT display is installed in the cockpit.
Because of the stricter emission regulations, the exhaust system also had to be revised. The rear silencers look longer than on the current models.
The 2021 BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS will be launched in India this year. You can already pre-order them. In Europe the two updated bikes are expected to be available in spring 2021.
