A lot of information is not yet known, but if you consider the handlebar position, then it is more likely to be a touring motorcycle than a superbike.

The battery sits deep, which ensures a good center of gravity. You can see an energy recovery system on the front wheel. It is driven by a hub motor that sits directly in the rear wheel.

As is customary with patents, they do not always have something to say, because companies patent everything, even if it is never implemented later.
