WSBK – Phillip Island Grand Prix – Australia – 2023

Phillip Island race track is one of the most famous and exciting race tracks in motorsport.  It is located on Bass Straight, off the coast of Victoria in Australia and has a long tradition in motorcycle racing.  The WorldSBK™ first raced at this track in 1990 and the first MotoGP™ event was held in 1989.

The race track on Phillip Island is 4.445 kilometers long and has a total of 12 turns, 5 of which are right-hand turns and 7 left-hand turns. The start and finish line is 835 meters long.

Schedule

The weekend is packed with motorcycle races and events.  The event starts on Friday morning with WorldSSP – FP1 and WorldSBK – FP1, and then on Saturday and Sunday the actual races take place.
