Ducati has made it clear that the Italian manufacturer will not be offering motorcycles with small displacement engines, such as those in the 400 cm³ range. The company continues to pursue a consistent premium strategy and does not intend to develop affordable models like those offered by some of its competitors.
With the Multistrada V4 Rally 2026, Ducati presents a comprehensively upgraded adventure bike that is specifically aimed at motorcyclists who value long range, high comfort, and maximum versatility. The latest generation of the touring motorcycle from Borgo Panigale features technical innovations, a revised chassis, and, for the first time, a striking green paint job. In addition to the traditional Ducati red, the Multistrada V4 Rally will also be available in “Jade Green” with a brushed aluminum tank and gold-colored spoked wheels.
Shortly before EICMA 2025, rumors are intensifying about a new Ducati DesertX model. Various sources report on a possible version with a V2 engine, as already used in the Multistrada V2 and Multistrada V2 S. While Ducati itself has not yet made any official confirmation, test rides with a prototype version have recently been spotted, allegedly hinting at the development of a DesertX with an 890cc V2 engine.
From July 3 to 5, 2026, the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli will once again become the center of the Ducati world, as the thirteenth edition of World Ducati Week (WDW) will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary brand from Borgo Panigale. This historic event is set to be not only the biggest Ducati gathering ever, but also a unique opportunity to celebrate a century of innovation, speed, and passion.
