Fellows Ride Munich – 2026

Fellows Ride Munich – Inaugural Edition in the Bavarian Capital
On October 10, 2026, the Fellows Ride rolls through Munich for the very first time. Under the motto “Riding with an Open Visor for Depression Support,” motorcyclists in the Bavarian capital are taking a stand against the stigmatization of mental illness – and for reducing the suicide rate in Germany.
The peaceful motorcycle demonstration is part of the nationwide Fellows Ride movement, which has been growing steadily since 2021. With Munich, another significant location in southern Germany joins the roster in 2026 – the home city of BMW Motorrad and a hub of German motorcycle culture.
Participation and Donations
Participation in the Fellows Ride Munich is free of charge. Every motorcycle enthusiast is welcome – it’s not about the brand or displacement, but about the common cause. The demonstration is accompanied by police, ensuring an unobstructed ride. Registration via the official website is recommended.
Donations go to the Depression-Inklusion Foundation by Thomas Lurz and Dieter Schneider, as well as regional projects for depression support and suicide prevention. Voluntary donations of 20 euros or more are welcome.
About the Fellows Ride
The Fellows Ride was founded by Dieter Schneider, Peter Grethler, and Karl Miller. What began as a single motorcycle demonstration in 2021 has evolved into a nationwide and international movement taking place in over 35 cities in 2026. Thousands of motorcyclists demonstrate every year for tolerance, openness, and mental health – united by the conviction that talking helps and depression must not be taboo.
