Registration with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) reveals an upcoming Harley-Davidson Softail Standard.
The 2020 version of the Softail Standard is equipped with the 107 Milwaukee-Eight engine. It will be using the Softail platform, but will get a stripped-down version of the Softail design.
The standard models are traditionally only equipped with the essentials, which has an impact on the price. This should bring a slightly cheaper Harley to the market, but it is perfect for customizing.
