At the heart of the new oil generation is MANNOL’s proprietary ester technology, which is already used in several of the company’s high-performance products. This special synthetic formulation ensures that the oil film remains stable even under extreme shear stress and at high temperatures. This is intended to ensure constant lubrication even during long periods of high-speed driving and intensive use. At the same time, the precise adjustment of the friction coefficients enables the wet clutch to function optimally. According to the manufacturer, gear changes are clear and reproducible, and unwanted clutch slip is reliably prevented.
Versatile applicability beyond motorsports
MANNOL 4-Stroke Motorbike 10W-60 is not only suitable for sports and off-road motorcycles. It can also be used in heavily used four-stroke engines of quads, scooters, and small and light motorcycles. It does not matter whether the engines are air- or liquid-cooled, with or without integrated transmission, wet or dry clutch.
Additive package for cleanliness and durability
A modern additive package contributes to engine cleanliness. It ensures free piston rings, clean combustion chambers, and protects the valves from deposits. According to the manufacturer, cold starts are easier and engine performance remains stable even under continuous load. The viscosity of the oil remains constant across the entire temperature range – from sub-zero temperatures in winter to summer racing conditions. The oil is also characterized by low evaporation, high foam resistance, and reliable corrosion protection. The coordinated formulation also ensures that seals and hydraulic tappets work safely and without malfunction.
