Fellows Ride Churpfalz – 2026

Fellows Ride Churpfalz – Riding Together Against Depression
On September 13, 2026, the Fellows Ride Churpfalz takes place – a charity motorcycle demonstration through the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region under the motto “With Open Visor for Depression Aid.” Motorcyclists of all makes and classes ride together to send a visible signal for mental health awareness and against the stigmatization of depression.
Route and Schedule
Detailed information about the start, finish, and route will be announced on the official Fellows Ride website and newsletter as soon as they are confirmed. In previous years, the route led from Reilingen to Mannheim, where the Toulonplatz in the Jungbusch quarter served as the central meeting point. Police escort the demonstration and ensure a clear ride along the entire route.
The Fellows Ride Movement
The Fellows Ride was founded in 2021 by Dieter Schneider, Peter Grethler, and Karl Miller and has since grown into an international movement. In over 20 cities worldwide, motorcycle enthusiasts ride together to raise awareness about depression and collect donations for regional health projects. Each ride serves as both a motorcycle demonstration and a charity event – loud, visible, and with a clear message: Ride don’t hide.
Charity Purpose
All donations go to the Stiftung Depression-Inklusion (Depression-Inclusion Foundation) by Thomas Lurz and Dieter Schneider. The foundation supports regional projects for depression aid and suicide prevention. Donations can be made in advance via bank transfer (IBAN: DE85 7903 0001 1000 1905 00, BIC: FUCEDE77XXX, reference: Fellows Ride) or via PayPal.
Participation
Everyone with a motorcycle is welcome to join – regardless of brand, displacement, or experience. Participation is free of charge. All details about registration, meeting point, and route will be published on fellowsride.com in due time. The event is subject to official permits.
