Europe’s Biggest Inner-City Biker Event Returns
From June 26 to 28, 2026, Hamburg’s Großmarkt transforms once again into a massive open-air stage for the Harley-Davidson community. The Hamburg Harley Days have long been one of the most important dates on the European biker calendar, regularly attracting around 60,000 visitors to the 40,000-square-meter event grounds. Three days of motorcycles, music, custom culture and the unmistakable sense of community that defines the scene.
Program Highlights and Activities
At the heart of the Hamburg Harley Days is the Harley Village at the Großmarkt, where dealers, accessory brands and official Harley-Davidson stands present current models, parts and riding gear. The Main Stage hosts daily live performances – from rock and blues to rockabilly and modern sounds. Acts include Boerney and The Six Packs, Mikel Onetwo and T.H. & The Boneshakerz, with DJs spinning in the Dealer Village between sets.
Anyone wanting to experience a current Harley-Davidson first-hand can join the Demo Rides – guided test rides on various models with nothing more than a valid motorcycle license required. The Custombike Show rounds out the program: the most creative builds are judged across seven categories, from Club Style and Vintage to Radical Custom.
The Grand Parade Through Hamburg
The emotional highlight of the weekend is the Harley-Davidson Parade on Sunday. Hundreds of motorcycles line up for a spectacular convoy that covers roughly 30 kilometers through the city – crossing the Köhlbrand Bridge, rolling through HafenCity, along the harbor piers and down the legendary Reeperbahn. A spectacle you hear before you see.
Hamburg as a Biker Destination
The Hanseatic city offers far more than just the event itself. The Reeperbahn, the harbor, the Speicherstadt warehouse district and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall are all within easy reach of the venue. Many riders use the weekend for tours through the Hamburg countryside and along the coast. Guided rides are organized on site by the local Nordheide Chapter.
Admission and Getting There
Admission to the Hamburg Harley Days is free – the event welcomes all motorcycle enthusiasts, regardless of brand. The venue at Hamburg’s Großmarkt is easily accessible by bike and by public transport.
