RIDE – The Moto Festival – 2026

RIDE – The Moto Festival 2026: Three Days of Motorcycle Culture in the Bavarian Alps
From July 24 to 26, 2026, the alpine town of Ruhpolding in the Chiemgau Alps transforms into a gathering place for motorcycle enthusiasts from across Europe. RIDE – The Moto Festival – successor to the MaxlRIDE Motofestival – returns for its third edition, moving the action entirely into the heart of Ruhpolding: the Kurpark, main street, and the former speedway stadium form three distinct festival zones. The motto: “3 Days – 2 Wheels – 1 Love – Where custom meets adventure.”
Dealer Mile, Custom Bike Show, and Off-Road Course
The main street hosts a bustling dealer mile featuring exhibitors, manufacturers, and retailers showcasing everything from gear and apparel to the latest motorcycle models. The Kurpark offers a curated custom bike show with hand-picked builds and vintage machines from across Europe, complemented by talks, workshops, and a live stage. At the former speedway stadium, an off-road course with professional instructors invites riders to test adventure and enduro bikes off the tarmac.
Guided Tours, Test Rides, and Camping
Guided motorcycle tours through the spectacular mountain scenery of the Chiemgau Alps are a fixed part of the program. Manufacturers offer test rides on current models, and those seeking the full festival experience can camp on-site. The supporting program includes live music, street food, and community events – from campfire evenings to late-night parties.
