Permco AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days – 2026

North America’s Largest Vintage Motorcycle Festival
The Permco AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days are the highlight of the North American vintage motorcycle calendar. From July 24 to 26, 2026, the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, once again transforms into a three-day mecca for classic motorcycle enthusiasts. Organized by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) and presented by title sponsor Permco, the festival attracts tens of thousands of enthusiasts from across the country every year.
The Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course grounds with its 2.4-mile, 15-turn road-racing circuit and expansive open spaces provide the ideal setting for the festival. The proximity to AMA headquarters and the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame in nearby Pickerington underscores the special connection between event and organization.
Racing in Six Disciplines
The heart of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days is the national championship racing across six disciplines: road racing on the legendary Mid-Ohio circuit, motocross, flat track, hare scrambles, trials, and pitbike racing. Whether two-stroke dirt bikes soar over the hills or classic superbikes thunder through Thunder Valley – the racing program covers the full spectrum of vintage motorcycle sport.
A special highlight is once again the King’s Cup and Golden Cup, which bring air-cooled machines from the glory days of AMA Hall of Famer Broc Glover’s racing career back to the motocross track at Mid-Ohio.
North America’s Largest Motorcycle Swap Meet
Spanning roughly 80 acres, North America’s largest motorcycle swap meet offers collectors, mechanics, and restorers everything from rare spare parts to complete project bikes, vintage accessories, and literature. Numerous vintage-oriented dealers and exhibitors also showcase their offerings on the grounds.
Program and Activities
Beyond racing and the swap meet, AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days offers an extensive program: bike shows, stunt shows, expert seminars, demo rides, the traditional Lap For History on the racing circuit, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow enthusiasts. The expansive camping grounds invite visitors to spend the entire weekend on-site and soak in the unique atmosphere.
All event proceeds benefit the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame and its mission to promote and preserve the history of motorcycling in America.
Admission and Tickets
AMA members receive discounted weekend passes starting at $75. Children aged 12 and under enjoy free General Admission access with a ticketed adult. Tickets are available at VintageMotorcycleDays.com. For racers, the Fast Pass ($50) grants early entry to the grounds starting Wednesday, July 22, at 1:00 PM.
