The additive itself remains unchanged and continues to rely on a combination of synthetic esters and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), also known as “white graphite.” This mixture is designed to provide special sliding properties and long-lasting engine protection.
Packaging as a functional design object
The new packaging not only meets visual requirements, but also has a clear practical use. It is stable, stackable, and therefore suitable for both commercial users and end consumers. The design is based on the existing appearance of the MANNOL additive series: black background, the product name in graphite gray, important information and advantages in striking golden yellow.
“We are delighted to be able to meet customer demands for quick access to more detailed product information,” explains Asta Beinorienė, Head of Design at MANNOL. The focus is on a clearly structured presentation of all important features directly on the packaging.

The cardboard packaging presents the key product highlights in a clearly structured format:
- Maximum engine protection through a stable oil film, especially during cold starts.
- Reduced wear, which, according to the manufacturer, should extend the life of the engine.
- Improved fuel efficiency through reduced friction.
- High load capacity under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
- Compatibility with all oil types for gasoline and diesel engines.
Additional information is also provided: The wear protection is said to be effective for up to 50,000 kilometers, and information is also provided on the possible extension of oil change intervals. The micro-components contained in the product—ceramic and graphite particles—are said to have a positive effect on the running characteristics of the engine.
The Ceramo Ester additive in the new 250 ml carton is now available internationally.
