- Third public presentation after Tokyo Auto Salon 2026 and Osaka Auto Messe 2026
- Suzuki DR-Z4S and Jimny Nomad each as Monster Hunter Wilds Edition
- Exhibition on February 22, 2026, at Makuhari Messe near Tokyo
Suzuki has announced that it will exhibit two specially designed vehicles at Monster Hunter Festa ’26. The event will take place on February 22, 2026, at Makuhari Messe. The two exhibits are the DR-Z4S Monster Hunter Wilds Edition and the Jimny Nomad Monster Hunter Wilds Edition, which were created in collaboration with Japanese game developer Capcom.

Suzuki and Capcom bring the gaming world to the streets
The overarching concept behind the two special vehicles is based on the idea of what Suzuki vehicles might look like if they existed in the world of the Monster Hunter video game. Both models have been given special design elements and custom attachments that reference the Monster Hunter Wilds game.
The two vehicles made their first public appearance at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026 and were subsequently also shown at the Osaka Auto Messe 2026. The presentation at Monster Hunter Festa ’26 is thus already the third public exhibition of the two special models.
DR-Z4S Monster Hunter Wilds Edition as an off-road adventurer
The motorcycle version is based on the recently launched Suzuki DR-Z4S. The design was inspired by the Sekreto, a creature from the Monster Hunter game that serves as a means of transportation and companion for the game character. According to Suzuki, the vehicle is intended to convey a sense of adventure and new beginnings.

Jimny Nomad Monster Hunter Wilds Edition with camping motif
For the five-door Jimny Nomad, the designers took their inspiration from the so-called base camp in the game. The vehicle was given corresponding graphics designed to give the impression that it had jumped straight out of the game world into reality. The design concept establishes a connection between the off-road capabilities of the Jimny Nomad and the exploration of unknown landscapes in the game.
So far only relevant for the Japanese market
The available information does not indicate whether the two Monster Hunter special models will ever be offered as production vehicles or whether they are exclusively show vehicles. All exhibitions to date have taken place exclusively in Japan. The source of the announcement also comes from the Japanese specialist website Young Machine, which suggests that the collaboration between Suzuki and Capcom is initially aimed exclusively at the Japanese market. There are currently no indications of international availability or planned series production.

What the Monster Hunter collaboration means for motorcyclists
For motorcyclists outside Japan, the DR-Z4S Monster Hunter Wilds Edition is currently mainly an eye-catcher with no direct purchase option. However, it is interesting to note that Suzuki appears to be specifically targeting a younger, gaming-savvy audience with the recently launched DR-Z4S. Collaborations between motorcycle manufacturers and the gaming industry are still rare, but could be an indication that manufacturers are looking for new ways to generate attention for their models. It remains to be seen whether such special paint finishes or editions will also be offered in Europe or North America at some point. Anyone interested in the DR-Z4S as a base model can consider the production version regardless, as the technical basis remains unchanged in the show version.
