Norton’s new warranty promise at a glance
Norton Motorcycles is still in the process of a comprehensive realignment. Following the introduction of new models such as the Manx R, Manx V4s, and the Atlas and Atlas GT adventure bikes, another component of this strategy has now been presented. The brand is introducing a warranty that will be valid for a period of 36 months with no mileage limit. This promise applies to all new models and can be transferred upon resale.
Scope of the new warranty services
According to the manufacturer, the warranty includes comprehensive breakdown assistance, available around the clock for the entire three years. This includes fast response times, real-time tracking, assistance with continuing your journey, and digitally available information via the Norton app. Users will also receive personalized support based on their motorcycle type and customer profile.
Another new feature is a two-year warranty on original parts and accessories. The app serves as a central interface to Norton Client Services and authorized dealers and is designed to facilitate communication.
Integration into Norton’s current brand strategy
The new service offerings were presented at Motorcycle Live in Birmingham, among other places, and are part of the so-called Resurgence Strategy, with which the brand aims to regain trust. The latest model range was first shown at EICMA and includes four new motorcycles, including the Superbike Manx R with 206 hp (151.5 kW) from a 1,200 cc V4 engine.
According to Mainak Nandi, Global Director of Aftersales Ownership Experience, service and support are at the heart of the new direction. He states:

In addition to the standard three-year warranty, Norton offers additional optional warranty packages that extend coverage beyond this period. The combination of unlimited mileage warranty, breakdown service, and digital support is designed to enable everyday use and cost transparency.
