In response to the presentation of the small superbike Ninja ZX-25R at the Tokyo Auto Show, Honda is now announcing some updates for the CBR250RR.

There is no official announcement for this yet, but information from a dealer presentation has been leaked that includes updates for 2020.
The Mini-CBR gets an additional color scheme. It has a white panel, a red frame and gold wheels.
The engine power should increase from 38 to 41 hp. It gets a quickshifer and a slipper clutch.
However, it remains unlikely that the Honda CBR250RR will be sold outside of the Asian market. The CBR300R is offered in other markets, even if it is not as uncompromisingly sporty as the 250cc.
Maybe the CBR300R will also get a sporty update?
