Not long after the first info about the Aprilia RS 660, rumors about the Tuono 660 surfaced. Then it was not long until there was talk about the Tuareg 660. The first two models are in the meantime in the showrooms, about the Tuareg there is now new info.
In an interview by Motociclismo, Christian Romeo Barelli, Aprilia’s product marketing manager, confirmed that the Tuareg 660 will be very off-road oriented, so it will also feature a 21-inch front and 19-inch rear wheel. It took a lot of work to keep the weight down. However, the sporty and fun orientation of the 660 platform will remain in the Tuareg 660.
It has also been confirmed that this will be a 2022 model, but it will be available by the end of 2021.
