Peter Hickman currently holds the lap record (135.452 mph) at the Isle of Man TT and is also currently dominating the practice sessions. He is the first rider to complete the course in under 17 minutes this year.
Hickman achieved a lap average of 133.22 mph on his Superbike Gas Monkey Garage by FHO Racing BMW during the fifth qualifying session. He also dominated the Superstock and Supertwin classes with 129.910 and 120.994 mph, respectively. Only in the 600cc Supersport class was Michael Dunlop fastest with 126.663 mph.
Dean Harrisons finished second overall. Davey Todd was able to set a new personal lap record of 132.187 mph, which earned him third place. Also breaking the magic 130-mph barrier were Michael Dunlop and Conor Cummins.
