In the Indian market, Yamaha is currently introducing the new Motorcycle Connect X technology in the entry-level class. The aim is to provide motorcycle owners with an immersive experience and the ability to stay connected to the world around them.
The Bluetooth system is already integrated as standard in the Yamaha FZ-S Dark Knight Edition, but can also be ordered as an optional extra, for example on the FZ 150 models.
Various functions can be controlled via an app. By activating the horn or the indicators, the motorcycle can be found more easily in a crowded parking garage. In case of theft, the motorcycle can be completely deactivated. The app also allows you to record the route you have taken.
Corresponding systems have been around for a long time and other manufacturers also have corresponding apps in their program. The introduction to the Yamaha beginner class, however, suggests that it will soon be a standard system that can be installed in any motorcycle.
