New models and updates for German-speaking countries
For the German and Austrian markets, the portfolio of new models for 2026 includes both new models and revised versions of existing series. Triumph manager James Wood confirmed these figures during an online press conference. The selection of models is specifically based on expected sales. For example, the Bonneville T100 and the Speed Triple 1200 RR with half fairing have already been removed from the range due to low demand. There are therefore no plans to replace these models in the DACH region.
Models such as the faired Thruxton 400, which is manufactured in India, are not expected to be offered in this country for the same reasons.
Presentation campaigns and expected models
The presentation of the 2026 model range will span several events. The campaign will kick off on October 21, 2025, with “True Originals Never Settle,” followed by “Made to Upstage” on October 28. A glance at the Triumph website suggests that numerous models are already listed as “offers” – an indication of upcoming successors.
According to the current overview, the following models are planned for the German-speaking market:

Not all equipment variants are counted individually in order to arrive at the announced 18 models.
Possible further innovations and model updates
In addition to the officially confirmed innovations, there are indications of further possible additions to the model portfolio. These include a Trident 800 as a logical addition to the Tiger Sport 660/800 or a new Scrambler 900 based on the revised Speed Twin 900. The latter in particular could benefit from modern features such as cornering ABS, lean-angle-dependent traction control, and smart connectivity.
Some models will reportedly carry over unchanged into the new model year, including the Speed Twin 900, Speed Twin 1200 & 1200 RS, Speed Triple 1200 RS & 1200 RX, Tiger Sport 660 & 800, and Rocket 3 Storm GT & Storm R. A new Speed 400 RS as a sportier addition to the single-cylinder series is also conceivable.
Global focus and expansion strategy
Internationally, Triumph continues to focus on expansion into new market segments, particularly below 500 cc. This class has had a significant impact on the brand’s growth, especially in Asia. The Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X, and Scrambler 400 XC models play an important role here.
In the off-road sector, Triumph has also achieved numerous successes in international racing series such as the FIM MXGP, EnduroGP, SuperEnduro, and the AMA SuperMotocross Championship with the TF 250-X, TF 450-RC, TF 250-E, and TF 450-E motocross bikes. The TF 450-X is a new addition that expands the competitive range.
Digital reservation and dealer network
As part of the new model offensive, an online configurator with a reservation option is being introduced in the UK. Using the “Reserve My Triumph” system, customers will be able to configure their dream motorcycle directly after the new models are unveiled and reserve it by making a deposit. The market launch of this system is planned for Europe and other markets from spring 2026. Dealers worldwide will also host exclusive preview events as soon as the new models arrive.
