- Dust Hightail, Dust Spur and S4 Honcho Skate are planned for 2027
- The S4 Honcho Street launches in Europe straight after the show
- Initial target figures for the new models are due on 2 November 2026
Harley-Davidson’s electric brand is expanding its line-up in several directions. At EICMA, which takes place from 5 to 8 November 2026 at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre, LiveWire Group, Inc. is showing its S4 Honcho and Dust model families as well as the electric balance bikes from the Stacyc brand. LiveWire shares stand E46 in Hall 14 with Harley-Davidson. The show opens to trade visitors on 3 and 4 November. Two of the models on display are completely new and planned for 2027. This makes them part of the 2027 model year new arrivals on show at the Milan exhibition.

Which models is LiveWire showing at EICMA 2026?
LiveWire is bringing five model lines to Milan: the S4 Honcho Street, the S4 Honcho Trail, the new S4 Honcho Skate, the Dust Hightail and the new Dust Spur. They are joined by the current Stacyc models.
According to the company, the Honcho Skate is a world premiere, as is the Dust Spur. The production-ready S4 Honcho Street celebrates its European premiere in Milan. LiveWire is showing the Dust Hightail in a near-production version, meaning it is already close to the later series specification.
Jon Bekefy, Head of Commercial at LiveWire, puts the appearance into context: “EICMA 2026 underlines the consistent expansion of the LiveWire Group portfolio. From Stacyc to the S4 Honcho to Dust, we are creating more and more ways to inspire people to ride on two wheels, give them riding fun and build a lifelong connection to motorcycling.”
When will the Dust Hightail go on sale?
The market launch of the Dust Hightail is planned for 2027. At EICMA, LiveWire is showing the electric dirt bike under its own name for the first time.
The Hightail originally comes from the US start-up Dust Moto from Oregon. LiveWire acquired the company’s assets on 19 May 2026. It was the first acquisition in the history of LiveWire Group. The goal from the outset was to bring the existing dirt bike platform to production. According to LiveWire, it intends to use its development department, its manufacturing capacity and its global sales and service network to do so. At the time, the company had announced further information on the market launch for the second half of 2026. With EICMA, the year has now been set.
At the time of the acquisition, Dust Moto CEO Colin Godby explained that, as American brands, both companies focus on performance, innovation and riders’ needs. Thanks to LiveWire’s size and global reach, Dust could offer its own off-road motorcycle to a worldwide audience.
According to its own statement, LiveWire wants the near-production Hightail to show how far the integration of the Dust platform into its own electric line-up has already progressed.
What were the technical specifications of the Dust Moto Hightail?
Before the acquisition, Dust Moto quoted a peak output of 43.5 hp (32 kW) for the Hightail. Whether these figures apply to the LiveWire version remains open. LiveWire only plans to publish new target figures on 2 November 2026.
According to previous information, an electric motor with a single gear drives the rear wheel via a chain. Top speed was approx. 120 km/h (75 mph), and range approx. 65 kilometres (40 miles). The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 4.4 kWh. It is removable, and charging takes around four hours.
For the chassis, Dust Moto relied on an adjustable upside-down fork at the front. In this design, the thick stanchions sit at the bottom near the wheel. At the rear, an adjustable monoshock works on an aluminium swingarm. Suspension travel was 260 mm at the front and 285 mm at the rear, with a seat height of 900 mm. The aluminium rims with wire spokes carried tyres in 80/100-21 at the front and 100/100-18 at the rear. Braking was handled by one disc per wheel. Weight was approx. 107 kg (235 lbs), and the price $10,950 (approx. €9,755). There is no price for the LiveWire version yet.

What is known about the Dust Spur and the S4 Honcho Skate?
Both models are new and are set to go on sale in 2027. LiveWire has not yet released any technical data.
The Dust Spur is the second model in the Dust family. According to LiveWire, it aims to address different target groups, each with its own distinct product. The S4 Honcho Skate expands the Honcho family to three variants. LiveWire describes it as a first preview of the expansion of the model line in 2027.
No further details are available yet. LiveWire plans to publish target figures and the planned launch date on 2 November 2026. Production specifications and prices are to follow in the first quarter of 2027.
S4 Honcho Street and Trail: market launch and technology
The S4 Honcho Trail is now available worldwide. The Street celebrates its European premiere at EICMA. Sales in Europe are set to begin straight after the show.
In the USA, the market launch of the Street is imminent next week, according to LiveWire. In June, the company announced the start of production for both variants and said the first vehicles would reach dealers in the summer. The Honcho is built by Taiwanese manufacturer KYMCO. It is sold through Harley-Davidson’s international dealer network.
CEO Karim Donnez described the goal at the time as follows: “S4 Honcho is about opening up electric riding to a much broader audience.”
What are the technical specifications of the S4 Honcho?
The S4 Honcho is considered a 125 cc equivalent and falls under the A1 licence in Europe. According to the manufacturer, it reaches up to 95 km/h (59 mph) and accelerates from 0 to 48 km/h (30 mph) in around three seconds.
Two removable batteries add up to 3.48 kWh. According to the WMTC standard, a standardised test cycle for motorcycles, one charge is enough for up to 85 kilometres (53 miles). At a constant 32 km/h (20 mph), it is said to reach up to 117 kilometres (73 miles). The battery charges from 20 to 80 per cent on a 110-volt socket in around two hours.
Both variants roll on 12-inch wheels and have a reverse gear. The Trail weighs 115 kg (253 lbs), the Street 121 kg (266 lbs). Seat height is 813 mm (Trail) and 787 mm (Street). The warranty is one year for the Trail and two years for the Street. In the USA, the Trail costs $4,999 (approx. €4,453) and the Street $5,499 (approx. €4,899), each excluding taxes and additional costs.

Stacyc: electric balance bikes as the entry point to the range
At the bottom end of the LiveWire range are the electric balance bikes from Stacyc. In Milan, the brand is showing the 16eDrive, 20eDrive, 16eDrive Elite and 20eDrive Elite models.
According to its own statement, Stacyc co-founded the category of electric balance bikes. Worldwide, the brand is said to have introduced more than 250,000 riders to two-wheeled riding. Back at the time of the Dust Moto acquisition, Karim Donnez said that the move into off-road continues the journey that began ten years ago with Stacyc.
This is also the idea behind the show appearance. LiveWire wants to build a continuous model range. It is meant to start with the Stacyc balance bikes and extend via the S4 Honcho to the Dust family.
When will LiveWire publish specifications and prices for the new models?
LiveWire plans to announce initial technical target figures and the planned launch date for the S4 Honcho Skate and the Dust Spur on 2 November 2026. Final specifications of the production models and prices are to follow in the first quarter of 2027.
Until then, the main open questions are how much power the new models have and what they will cost. This also applies to the question of how close the LiveWire version of the Dust Hightail is to Dust Moto’s earlier figures. All models can be seen during EICMA from 5 to 8 November 2026 at stand E46 in Hall 14.
