Since its launch in 2011, the Diavel series has thrilled fans worldwide with its unique design. It is characterized by a mixture of muscular appearance, sporty lines and elegance. The current Diavel V4 continues this tradition and has already won numerous awards with its design, including the prestigious Red Dot Award 2024 and the German Design Award 2024.
The new paintwork for the 2025 model year underlines the sporty and aggressive side of the Diavel. Yellow accents on the tank, rear and side panels add bright highlights to the otherwise dark color palette of black and titanium. The seat has also been redesigned to further emphasize the character of the motorcycle.
MotoGP technology on the road
At the heart of the Diavel V4 is the 1,158 cc V4 Gran Turismo engine derived from MotoGP technology. With an output of 168 hp (123 kW) and a torque of 126 Nm, it combines powerful performance with exceptional smooth running. The engine is also extremely easy to maintain: valve clearance checks are only required every 60,000 kilometers.
The special twin-pulse ignition rhythm and the quad exhaust system give the motorcycle an unmistakable sound. In combination with the wide 240 rear tire, the sound underlines the muscular appearance of the Diavel V4.
Striking lighting and high-quality details
Another highlight is the lighting on the Diavel V4. The fully LED headlights, tail lights and indicators set futuristic accents. The rear light in particular, with its dot-shaped LEDs arranged under the slim rear section, is instantly recognizable.
The five-spoke aluminum wheels with precisely machined surfaces are another detail that underlines the high-quality workmanship of the Diavel V4.
Outstanding design and exclusive collaborations
The Diavel V4 has already won several prestigious design awards in its short model history. In addition to the awards mentioned above, it has also received the Good Design® Award from the Chicago Athenaeum. These successes continue the tradition of the Diavel series, which has already won numerous awards with previous models.
The Diavel has also attracted attention outside the motorcycle world, for example through the collaboration with Bentley, which resulted in the limited edition Ducati Diavel for Bentley – a collector’s edition for lovers of exclusive vehicles.
Customization and availability
The new “Black Roadster” paint finish is already available via the Ducati configurator. Here, fans can put together their individual Diavel V4 and add accessories from the Ducati Performance line. Ducati also offers the option of booking test rides or obtaining further information from authorized dealers.
