On October 18, 2025, an exceptionally refined BMW R 18 Transcontinental was auctioned off for charity at a Sotheby’s auction at Motorworld Munich. The one-of-a-kind motorcycle, blessed and signed by Pope Leo XIV, fetched €130,000 (approximately $137,500) at auction. The entire proceeds will go to children’s aid projects in Madagascar organized by Missio Austria.

With the radical conversion of a Honda GB350S, Italian customizer Nicola Manca and his workshop Maan Motocicli Audaci from Cagliari have once again succeeded in impressing the jury and audience at hondacustoms.com. The Hachimaan creation secured overall victory in the 2025 Honda Customs competition with 9,572 votes, representing 31% of the total 30,094 votes cast. In the summer of 2025, a new model was launched in the form of the BMW R 12 G/S, which directly builds on the brand’s legendary successes in the Paris-Dakar Rally. Just one month after its market launch, the well-known German BMW dealer and customizer Motorrad Martin presented a special version that was visually and functionally based on the famous rally machines of the 1980s. The model was based on the BMW R 80 G/S, which made motorsport history with four overall victories in the Paris-Dakar Rally between 1981 and 1985. Riders such as Hubert Auriol (winner in 1981 and 1983) and Gaston Rahier (winner in 1984 and 1985) contributed significantly to the cult status of the original G/S.

With the R 1300 R “TITAN,” BMW Motorrad presents an extraordinary custom bike that stands out above all for its uncompromising motorsport inspiration and consistent design line. Behind this one-of-a-kind bike is a small team of passionate BMW employees who have channeled their passion for technology, design, and individuality into a vehicle that is as powerful as it is unique.

In the heart of Idaho, the Grind Hard Plumbing Co is creating a motorcycle that impresses not only with its size, but also with its uniqueness.  The Monster Chopper, a project that began in September 2023, breaks with all the conventions of conventional motorcycles.  The machine is powered by a powerful V2 engine from the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, which delivers an impressive 160 hp, equivalent to around 117 kW, and a torque of 140 Nm at 6,750 rpm.  This performance promises to deliver consistency and power in any terrain.

The fascination with motorcycles takes many forms, but few are as unique and ambitious as Grind Hard Plumbing Co’s project – building a monster chopper that pushes the boundaries of what is possible with its unconventional design and gigantic dimensions.  What began as a vision with huge mud tires and a heart from the KTM 1190 has developed into an impressive testament to creativity and mechanical know-how.

In the world of motorcycles, there are machines that not only impress with their performance, but also with their uniqueness and craftsmanship.  The Archangel from Ransom Motorcycles embodies just that – it’s no ordinary motorcycle that you can simply find at a dealer.  Rather, it is the result of years of passion and craftsmanship and could be straight out of the popular video game Cyberpunk 2077.  With a price tag that reaches into the range of some super sports cars – depending on the individual equipment, the costs can quickly climb into the six- to seven-figure range (in dollars) – the Archangel stands for exclusivity and luxury on two wheels.

Have you ever wondered what happens when you cross the DNA of a legendary sports car with the freedom of a motorcycle?  Birger Hansen, a passionate motorcycle enthusiast from Denmark, asked himself the same question.  Together with his friend Michael Anderson, he turned a crazy idea into reality: building a unique motorcycle powered by a Ferrari F355 V8 engine.
