RIDE 6 is the most comprehensive chapter in the racing game series from Milestone to date. Following its collaborations on RIDE 4 and RIDE 5, Bridgestone is once again on board as the official tire partner, bringing the latest motorcycle tires from its real-world portfolio into the digital simulation.
Dual Physics System and tire management as a central game element
A central element of RIDE 6 is the new Dual Physics game mechanic. It is designed to enable a realistic representation of driving behavior, tire performance, and wear. According to the developer, this allows players to experience the performance and durability that motorcyclists experience in everyday life on the road, racetrack, and off-road with Bridgestone tires.
Tire management becomes increasingly important as the game progresses. Virtual riders must keep an eye on wear and tear, react to changing conditions, and make strategic decisions. This makes tires a decisive factor in lap times and race results.

RIDE Fest Career Mode and Bridgestone Challenge
New to RIDE 6 is the RIDE Fest Career Mode. Players take on the role of a racer and compete against ten racing legends, including Casey Stoner, Guy Martin, and Troy Bayliss.
A separate chapter is called Bridgestone Challenge. In this area, different disciplines and surfaces can be driven, from classic circuit racing to endurance formats. Bridgestone is also the official sponsor of the revamped Riding School. In this training mode, structured tutorials can be used to improve riding skills in a targeted manner.
According to the company, Bridgestone’s motorsport tradition, including successes in the FIM Endurance World Championship, forms the basis for the virtual driving experience. The focus is on tire performance and durability.
Bridgestone BATTLAX portfolio integrated into the game
RIDE 6 features an expanded Bridgestone tire portfolio. This includes the two newest members of the BATTLAX family.
The RACING BATTLAX V03 is a pure racing slick tire that, according to the manufacturer, is designed to provide maximum grip and faster lap times. The BATTLAX RACING STREET RS12 is a street-legal sports tire and offers the highest level of dry grip within the BATTLAX street tire range.
With the introduction of off-road racing, RIDE 6 is also expanding its range of applications. Adventure tires such as the BATTLAX ADVENTURECROSS AX41 are used here. The range is complemented by the BATTLAX ADVENTURE TRAIL AT41, the RACING BATTLAX W01, and the BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23.
Most extensive vehicle selection in the series’ history
RIDE 6 offers over 340 motorcycles from 21 manufacturers in seven categories, all equipped with Bridgestone premium tires. Compared to its predecessor, the brand is more visibly integrated into the game, both on the tracks and in the menus and gameplay elements.
The technical basis is the Unreal Engine 5. RIDE 6 is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games.
What does that mean for me as a motorcycle gamer?
For motorcycle gamers, RIDE 6 puts the focus on tires much more strongly in the riding experience. Instead of just accelerating, conscious handling of grip, wear, and track conditions increasingly determines success or failure. Strategic considerations regarding tire choice and durability are becoming more important, especially in longer races or changing conditions. This makes for a noticeably more complex and realistic gaming experience that requires not only driving skills but also tactical understanding.
