KTM offers the free and lifelong Lifetime Mobility Service for all Street models since 01.01.2017. The machine must be purchased or serviced by an authorized KTM dealer in one of 25 selected European countries ** and is valid for 12 months. KTM drivers have access to a nationwide, Europe-wide network of service providers and an emergency call center, which is staffed 24 hours a day. The service covers breakdowns, vandalism, theft, attempted theft and fire damage, and includes the following services for the driver and passenger: on-site repair, towing, storage, spare parts and key service. If necessary, the costs for a journey with another means of transport are also covered.
