A comprehensive event ban in the Netherlands means that the start of World Superbike 2021 will be postponed. As a result, the first race weekend will not take place until 07th – 9th May.
The race in Assen will probably be postponed to the end of July. As things stand, events are likely to be held there again from June. Whether this will work out depends of course on how the pandemic will develop.
The race calendar has been updated accordingly. However, two events are still missing from the calendar, as no dates have been set yet. This would be Philip Island, where so far always started at the end of February, and another not yet announced track.
