At the moment there are increasing reports that Pol Espargaro will get the place in the Honda factory team next to Marc Marquez next year.
That would mean that Alex Marquez would left the team, even though he hadn’t a single race with the HRC Honda.
It is said that Espargaro has already been verbally promised a two-year contract. The fact is that Espargaro’s contract with KTM and Alex Marquez’s contract with Honda would expire this year or expire without an extension.
