To accelerate growth in Europe, Bihr has acquired 100% of the capital of Paaschburg & Wunderlich GmbH (P&W).

In the future, the company intends to use P&W’s distribution network to give the brands distributed by Bihr greater reach. Conversely, however, sales of P&W motorcycle parts and accessories are also to be increased by using Bihr’s distribution network.

Dr. Oliver Moosmayer, former majority shareholder and managing director of Paaschburg & Wunderlich: “Leveraging the Bihr network to grow our business is a once in a lifetime opportunity. With a network of more than 15.000 active dealers, the enlarged group is second to none in Europe”

Christophe Piron, CEO from Bihr: “It is a real pleasure to welcoming P&W and its management team into the Bihr Group. The expertise of the Glinde-based company will be a very valuable addition for Bihr and for its clients. Moreover, the distribution networks are very complementary and the strong presence of P&W in Germany will not only allow us to expand the Parts and Accessories offering but will also accelerate the deployment of our Rider Gear brands in the country.”
