On 7 September 2026 HIGHSIDER presented the Victory ULTRA in Hamburg. The brand belongs to Paaschburg und Wunderlich GmbH and is continuing one of its best-known mirror series. Within the range, the Victory name has stood for years for a trapezoidal aluminum mirror that is now available in numerous versions. The ULTRA line builds on that, but noticeably changes the shape of the mirror head and brings several mounting types together under one shared design.
What is new about the Victory ULTRA mirror head?
The mirror head measures 123 mm in width and 92 mm in height. That makes it 6 mm wider and 9 mm taller than the head of the previous Victory models, which are consistently quoted at 117 x 83 mm.
The manufacturer describes the shape as flat and pared back, with sharply defined edges and precisely CNC-machined transitions. CNC machining means the contours are cut from solid aluminum under computer control, which allows tighter tolerances and sharper edges than a cast part. The surface is finely bead-blasted and anodized in matt black. In bead blasting, the aluminum is blasted with fine spheres and takes on an evenly matt texture. Anodizing then creates a hard protective layer that accepts color and guards against corrosion.
The comparison with the previous series is interesting. On the Victory-X, described by the manufacturer as an anniversary version marking ten years of the Victory mirror, the surface was styled with machined grooves. The Victory-Blast relies on a bead-blasted, satin-matt look. The ULTRA now combines bead blasting with matt black anodizing and a flatter basic shape.
Which mounting versions does the Victory ULTRA offer?
HIGHSIDER offers the Victory ULTRA in five versions: as a classic handlebar mirror, as a bar-end mirror in Short and Long lengths, and as EVO versions of those two bar-end mirrors. All of them share the same mirror head.
The classic handlebar mirror
This version uses a cranked aluminum mirror stem. Cranked means the stem has an offset and does not run straight. As a result the mirror sits further outboard. According to the manufacturer, that improves the view to the rear and creates more room around the grips. An additional joint makes it possible to align the mirror head separately. The series already knows this principle, because the Victory-X also has a second joint on the stem for extra adjustment.
Bar-end mirrors Short and Long
Two lengths are available for the bar end. The short version sits compactly on the handlebar and creates a particularly pared-back look. The Long variant has a longer aluminum stem, offers a wider adjustment range and positions the mirror further outboard. Both can be fitted on the left or the right, and in both cases the mirror head remains freely adjustable. For comparison: the existing Victory EVO bar-end mirror is quoted with a stem length of around 130 mm.
What do the EVO versions of the Victory ULTRA do differently?
On the EVO versions, the universal clamping system is already part of the mirror, according to the manufacturer. Additional bar-end weights or separate accessory parts for mounting are therefore no longer needed.
A supplied sleeve system compensates for different handlebar inner diameters. This is where the progress over the previous series shows most clearly. The familiar Victory EVO has so far also been supplied with a mounting kit and a universal clamping system, but there they are listed as enclosed components. On the ULTRA, HIGHSIDER describes the clamp as part of the mirror itself. The result is meant to be a visually cleaner solution right at the bar end.
For context on handlebar compatibility: the existing Victory EVO fits handlebar inner diameters of 12 to 22 mm according to the manufacturer, covering most 7/8-inch and 1-inch bars. HIGHSIDER has not yet published specific diameter figures for the ULTRA line.
Bar ends and LED indicators round off the series
The design theme does not stop at the mirror. Matching Victory ULTRA LS bar ends pick up the distinctive wing design and carry the styling through to the end of the handlebar. They too are made from CNC-machined aluminum and are matched to the bar-end mirrors of the series. Their mirror stem mount measures 12 mm.
New Victory ULTRA LED indicators complete the picture. A vertically arranged flat LED module allows a compact design and its own light signature. Alongside the classic 1in1 indicator there is a 3in1 version that combines indicator, brake light and tail light in a single housing. That makes it possible to carry the look from the cockpit through to the tail.
What does the HIGHSIDER Victory ULTRA cost and when is it available?
HIGHSIDER has not yet announced prices or a sales launch. The ULTRA line was still not listed in the manufacturer shop on 9 September 2026, even though 45 products from the Victory family are already carried there.
The existing models offer some orientation. The Victory-X mirror and the Victory-Blast are each listed in the manufacturer shop at 59.96 euros (around 70 US dollars), the Victory-XL at 64.96 euros (around 75 US dollars) and the Victory EVO bar-end mirror at 74.95 euros (around 87 US dollars), in each case per piece. Whether the ULTRA models will fall into that range remains open until the manufacturer publishes its own figures.
How does the Victory ULTRA fit into the mirror range?
The Victory ULTRA does not replace the previous series, it is an additional design line with its own head and its own accessories. The familiar versions stay in the range.
That places the line among the accessory launches of the 2026 season, in which manufacturers increasingly rely on modular kits: a shared design theme that can be carried across mirrors, bar ends and lighting. All Victory ULTRA mirrors are E-marked and road legal in the EU. The E mark means the mirror complies with a European type approval and may be fitted without further paperwork.
