MV Agusta Rush Titanio 2026: Price, Power, Specs

MV Agusta revives the Rush as a limited Titanio edition. With a Euro 5+ engine, semi-active suspension, and an extensive titanium package, the hyper naked limited to 300 units is priced at 44,900 euros.
  • 201 hp (147.8 kW) with standard exhaust, 206 hp (151.5 kW) with Arrow titanium slip-on
  • World premiere of the Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 with spool-valve technology
  • World’s first motorcycle seat entirely made of Alcantara
  • Production start July 2026, manufactured exclusively in Varese

The MV Agusta Rush has been one of the most radical representatives of the hyper naked class since its introduction in 2019. The original version in grey, bronze, and red was followed by the Rush Army in dark grey and yellow in 2021, then the Rush Mamba in striking Rosso Mamba 2.0 in 2023. Between releases, there was a hiatus that coincided with the financial difficulties of former owner KTM. For 2026, the Rush returns as the Titanio edition, which according to the manufacturer represents the most elaborate version of the model range to date.

Euro 5+ Inline-Four with Revised Calibration

At the core of the Rush Titanio sits the familiar inline-four engine with 1,000 cubic centimeters of displacement, revised to meet Euro 5+ emission standards. Inside the engine, 16 radial titanium valves and four forged titanium connecting rods are employed. New camshafts, revised mappings, refined throttle body control, optimized gear ratios, and a shorter final drive ratio are intended to improve throttle response and acceleration. At lower rpm, the engine is said to run noticeably smoother and with less vibration than before.

Power output stands at 201 hp (147.8 kW) at 13,500 rpm with the standard exhaust system. With the included Arrow titanium slip-on, which has street homologation, power increases to 206 hp (151.5 kW) at 14,000 rpm. Maximum torque is 116 Nm at 11,000 rpm. A torque-assist clutch is intended to further ease operation.

Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 with Spool-Valve Technology

The Rush Titanio is the first motorcycle equipped with the Ohlins Smart EC 3.0, the latest generation of the semi-active suspension system. The new hardware is based on so-called spool-valve technology, which according to MV Agusta enables up to seven times faster actuator response than the previous needle-valve arrangement. This allows damping settings to be adjusted to rider inputs and road conditions in near real-time.

A new Event Based Control software continuously analyzes riding dynamics and networks the suspension with ABS, traction control, and wheelie control. Suspension behavior is dynamically linked to the selected riding mode, so that a coordinated overall package is available on both street and track.

Titanium, Carbon, and Alcantara as Material Concept

The Titanio name says it all. Numerous components are made from brushed titanium: the Arrow slip-on, the exhaust bracket, the front tank cover, the instrument bracket, and the headlight bracket. Titanium fasteners are used on the titanium components and the front fender.

All carbon components on the Rush Titanio feature a new twill weave that replaces the previous plain weave, intended to create a more technical appearance. These include engine covers, side panels, fenders, and a newly designed rear wheel cover. The iconic wheel configuration with spoked rim at the front and the characteristic enclosed rear wheel cover is retained.

The material concept is complemented by numerous anodized aluminum components in Blu Titanio color, including the rear axle nut, taillight cover, headlight cover, fuel cap, lever guards, swingarm pivot plates, and the numbered plaque bearing the inscription “RUSH Edizione Limitata.”

The color scheme of the Rush Titanio features Nero Intenso as the base color, combined with accents in Argento Magnum and Blu Titanio. All painted surfaces are finished in high gloss, while the carbon parts are deliberately kept matte, creating a contrast between surfaces. Atom-inspired graphics on the tank and seat area are intended to underscore the technical identity of the edition.

World First: Seat Entirely Made of Alcantara

According to MV Agusta, the Rush Titanio’s seat is the world’s first motorcycle seat manufactured entirely from Alcantara. Thermal welding and laser engraving technologies are combined in a single component. An Alcantara EXO membrane makes the foam padding water-repellent and is intended to ensure durability and comfort under all conditions. The seat was developed in collaboration between the MV Agusta Centro Stile and Alcantara Milano.

Included Accessories Package

Every Rush Titanio is delivered with a comprehensive accessories package. Included are the Arrow titanium slip-on with dedicated ECU mapping, a carbon cover for the slip-on, a silencer bracket, a carbon tail cover, CNC-machined brake and clutch levers, CNC-machined lever guards left and right, a CNC-machined racing fuel cap, swingarm pivot plates, a motorcycle cover, and a welcome kit with certificate of authenticity. For the US version, the Arrow slip-on is not included.

Limited Edition, Price, and Availability

The MV Agusta Rush Titanio will be produced in a run of just 300 individually numbered units, manufactured exclusively at the factory in Schiranna near Varese. Production start is scheduled for July 2026. The Italian list price is 44,900 euros (approximately 47,050 USD).

The model was first presented in late January 2026 at the I.C.E. (International Concours of Elegance) in St. Moritz, a winter event for collectors and enthusiasts that was chosen as the setting for unveiling this collector’s model.
