Recall: BMW K 1600

BMW calls the K 1600 because of gearbox problems in the workshops.

Affected are the models K1600 GT, K 1600 GTL, K 1600  and K 1600 Grand America, which were built between September 2016 and September 2019.

As a reason for the recall gearbox problems are specified. It could be that it could cause damage to the shift fork, shift sleeve or gear wheel. In the worst case, this could block the rear wheel.

Affected holders will be contacted by BMW.
