Michael Rutter wins Zero TT
The race win of the Zero TT, a class for electric motorcycles, Michael Rutter could retract. In addition, he managed a new lap record with the Mugen. Second place went to his team-mate John McGuinness. Ian Lougher from Team Mirai`s completed the podium.

Rutter made a lap average of 121.90 mph, which is about one second better than his old record from last year.
The dominance of Mugen was thus not broken in 2019. With their drivers John McGuinness, Michael Rutter and Bruce Anstey they have won regularly in recent years. For Rutter it is already the fifth victory in this class.
