MTC traction control and several riding modes, cornering ABS with a Supermoto setting. Compared with the 450 RC sold in China since April 2026, KTM emphasises its own suspension setup and tuning. The Chinese version (34,999 yuan, around 4,690 euros) makes 56 hp (41 kW) from 449 cc according to its homologation, is said to reach 195 km/h and weighs 168 kg ready to ride, tyres 110/70-17 and 150/60-17; whether these figures also apply to model year 2028 is open. The 450 RC is based on a CFMoto platform and built in China; the planned 490 range is a separate project. Whether there will be an A2 version is not known.
