The Royal Enfield Himalayan 440 is the expected revival of the air-cooled Himalayan 411. It uses the 443 cc LS440 single from the Scram 440 with 25.4 hp and 34 Nm, now paired with a six-speed gearbox, plus a 21-inch front wheel and a seat height of around 800 mm. An Indian market launch is expected for September 2026, but the model has not been officially confirmed.

Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths
- Substantially cheaper than the Himalayan 450, low 800 mm seat height, robust and low-maintenance long-stroke single, finally a sixth gear, 21-inch front wheel for light off-road use
Weaknesses
