According to the manufacturer, the Aviator men’s jeans are a modern alternative to classic jeans and meet the requirements of protection class AA in accordance with EN 17092:2020. Made from Ultracor material, the pants combine cotton with high-strength Cordura nylon fiber. This combination ensures high abrasion, tear, and scuff resistance. Anatomically pre-shaped knees and closable leg pockets increase everyday comfort. Removable hip protectors and height-adjustable knee protectors in accordance with EN 1621-1 are integrated for protection. The Aviator is available in army green and black and is offered at a recommended retail price of €209 (approx. $224).
Electra – Straight cut with protective function
The Electra women’s jeans stand out from the mainstream with their clean lines and straight fit. They also use the patented Ultracor technology, which combines cotton with Cordura. This has earned the pants AA certification. Lockable pockets on the legs offer practical storage space, while the anatomically shaped knees and removable hip and adjustable knee protectors ensure safety. The Electra is available exclusively in black and also costs €209 (approx. $224).
Rider Man – Slim fit, solid protection
The Rider Man relies on the company’s own T-Tex technology, which combines Twaron, a high-performance para-aramid fiber, with cotton in a single-layer fabric. The pants meet protection class A and are designed to impress with their exceptional comfort. Twaron offers high abrasion and tear resistance, extreme heat resistance, and is flame retardant. The Rider Man is available in blue or black and has a slim fit. The simple look without visible outer seams emphasizes the minimalist design. Removable protectors on the hips and knees – the latter adjustable – are part of the safety features. The price is 169 euros (approx. 181 US dollars).
Rider Lady – protection and style in a slim design
Like its counterpart for men, the Rider Lady also uses T-Tex material, which combines cotton with Twaron in a breathable and highly compressed structure. The women’s jeans also meet protection class A. The pants have no visible outer seams, creating a particularly smooth look. The slim fit is figure-hugging without being restrictive. The protectors on the hips and knees can also be removed on this model; the knee protectors are also height-adjustable. The recommended retail price is €169 (approx. $181).
Safety in line with European standards
All four jeans models – Aviator, Electra, Rider Man, and Rider Lady – are certified according to EN 17092:2020. This standard evaluates motorcycle clothing in various protection classes. Class AA offers extended protection while maintaining good mobility and is intended for sporty, ambitious riders. Class A is designed for everyday use on a motorcycle and provides solid basic protection. All PMJ jeans are equipped with protectors in accordance with EN 1621-1.
