For 2025, KTM has given the bike a major overhaul to bring it even closer to the specifications of a KTM Factory Racing bike. The core of this revision is the improved 450 cc single-cylinder engine with fuel injection, which is now complemented by a newly developed SOHC cylinder head, a more robust clutch and a reinforced transmission. These changes promise even more reliable performance under extreme conditions. In addition, two separate radiators are now responsible for more effective engine cooling, which are attached to a newly developed frame. This frame, made from laser-cut and hydroformed segments, offers optimized flexibility and stability.
The rear of the motorcycle is adorned with a 16-liter fuel tank, which also serves as a support for the rear frame, supplemented by two additional tanks at the front with a total capacity of around 34.5 liters, making long rally stages possible without any problems.
Advances in suspension and handling
The KTM 450 Rally Replica 2025 relies on advanced suspension systems from WP Pro Components. A closed WP XACT PRO 7548 cartridge front fork and a WP XACT PRO 7750 rear shock, both fully adjustable, guarantee excellent grip and ride comfort. The riding experience is also improved by the new CNC-machined triple clamp design with reduced offset, which increases stiffness and feedback.
Focus on aesthetics and functionality

A more aggressive look and a new navigation tower made of lightweight carbon fiber behind an optimized fairing improve aerodynamics and reduce wind turbulence.
