With the DS 800 X Rally, Voge is bringing a new travel enduro to Germany for the 2026 season. The model comes from Chinese manufacturer Loncin and is priced significantly below comparable models with BMW technology.
  • 95 hp, 70 kW at 9000 rpm
  • 81 Nm at 6500 rpm
  • 227 kg ready to ride with 24-liter tank
  • 8,999 euros RRP plus 370 euros delivery costs

With the new DS 800 X Rally, Voge is expanding its adventure portfolio with a unique new development. While the well-known DS 900 X is technically closely related to the BMW F 850 GS and F 900 GS, the 800 goes its own way. It is developed and produced by Loncin, BMW’s long-standing manufacturing partner in China.

Engine: New 798 cc inline twin cylinder from Loncin

At the heart of the DS 800 X Rally is a newly developed, water-cooled inline twin cylinder with a displacement of 798 cc. The engine has four valves per cylinder, two overhead camshafts, and electronic fuel injection. The bore and stroke are 84 mm and 72 mm, respectively, and the crankpin offset is 270 degrees.

The maximum power output is 95 hp, 70 kW at 9000 rpm. The maximum torque is 81 Nm, equivalent to around 59.7 lb ft at 6500 rpm. The bike has a 6-speed transmission and chain drive. An anti-hopping function supports the clutch and is designed to reduce rear wheel spin during hard downshifting.

Chassis and off-road components

The model name Rally already indicates its off-road capabilities. At the front, there is a 43 mm upside-down fork from Kayaba, fully adjustable in rebound, compression, and spring preload. At the rear, a central spring strut in a double-sided swing arm is used, which is also fully adjustable. A standard steering damper is also on board.

The suspension travel is around 200 mm. This results in a seat height of 860 mm. This allows for a relaxed seating position on the road as well as controlled riding while standing off-road.

The wheel sizes correspond to classic enduro dimensions with 21 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear. Tubeless cross-spoke wheels with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires in the dimensions 90 90 R21 at the front and 150 70 R18 at the rear are fitted.

Braking system and assistance systems

Deceleration is provided by two 310 mm brake discs with Nissin calipers at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear. ABS and traction control can be completely deactivated. This allows the electronics to be adjusted depending on whether the bike is being used on asphalt or off-road.

Features and comfort

Standard equipment includes a vertically mounted 7-inch TFT display with tire pressure indicator and connectivity including navigation function, as well as LED lighting all around. Also standard are a USB port, adjustable windshield, hand guards, engine guard, side protection bars, fog lights with cornering light function, and a center stand.

Heated grips and a heated seat provide additional comfort. Large footrests and a standard chain guide underline the bike’s off-road capabilities.

Dimensions, weight, and range

The DS 800 X Rally measures 2380 mm in length, 910 mm in width, and 1460 mm in height. The wheelbase is 1575 mm.

The manufacturer specifies the ready-to-ride weight as 227 kg, which is equivalent to around 500 lbs. The tank holds 24 liters. With an average consumption of 5.2 liters per 100 kilometers, this results in a calculated range of around 460 kilometers. CO2 emissions are 119 g per kilometer, and the vehicle complies with the Euro 5 Plus emissions standard.

Prices and availability 2026

The market launch in Germany is scheduled for February 2026. The recommended retail price is €8,999 plus €370 delivery costs. This results in a total price of €9,369, equivalent to around US$10,100.

The DS 800 X Rally is available in two color options: black or white blue. Both versions are offered at the same price.

With the DS 800 X Rally, Voge is positioning itself in the mid-range adventure segment with a unique drive, fully adjustable suspension, and extensive standard equipment at a price point that stands out from the competition.

What does that mean for me as a motorcyclist?

For motorcyclists, the Voge DS 800 X Rally is a unique adventure model with fully adjustable suspension, large 21/18-inch wheels, and extensive standard equipment at an entry-level price of €8,999. With 95 hp, 81 Nm, and a 24-liter tank, it combines solid performance data with a long range and comfort features such as heated grips and seat heating. Anyone looking for an off-road-capable travel enduro with modern technology and an eye on the price will find a technically fully equipped complete package here with no extra charge.
