The Calibro is not just another motorcycle rolling out of the Moto Morini factory. This bike is the result of careful design and a clear focus on the American market, but with a European touch. The Calibro’s design was born at the Moto Style Center Morini in Trivolzio, Europe. The focus is on a characteristic look, strongly reminiscent of the “American Style”.
Technical refinements:
Beneath the Calibro’s muscular exterior slumbers a 650cc parallel-twin engine. The Calibro is powered by a belt drive, which is an absolute must for cruiser enthusiasts. The aluminum rims are sized at 18 inches in the front and 16 inches in the rear.
One of the notable points of this machine is its accessibility. With a seat height of only 720 mm (28.3 inches), it is especially suitable for riders who struggle with taller bikes.
Future plans and release:
It seems that Moto Morini has big plans for the Calibro. There are plans to offer it in both a full power version and a 35 kW (46.9 PS or 46.2 hp) version for A2 license holders in Europe. However, the exact performance figures for the outgoing version have not yet been revealed. However, since it is also to come as an A2 version, the output power must not exceed 95 PS. We will probably only find out all the Calibro’s data at EICMA 2023, which will be held in Milan from November 7 to 12.
