The Yamaha YZF-R6 gets one final track-only run: a high-revving 599cc inline-four based on the 2020 European version, with the front end and brake taken from the YZF-R1 Race Base. This final special edition ends production of the model line.

Special Edition NoteFinal special edition ahead of the end of production. Sold exclusively as a special order through Yamaha's authorized dealers in Japan across two windows (1–31 July 2026 and 1–31 August 2026), with delivery from 26 February 2027. Production of the YZF-R6 ends afterward.
