MV Agusta wants to increase equity by 30 million euros to then 70 million. This is to support the 5-year plan and promote global growth.
MV Agusta wants to focus on the development of new engines and models. An adventure motorcycle is to be worked on. In addition, they also plan to enter the field of electric motorcycles. However, this is not described in more detail so far.
Timur Sardarov, CEO of MV Agusta said:
“This capital injection will literally boost our business on all fronts, from the design, development, and production of new stunning bikes to the providing of world-class service to all our customers, to expanding our 3.0 worldwide dealers network. In 2021 we expect to exceed €100M revenue for the first time in our history and to triple our performance within the next 3 years.”
