Leonart Rally 300: Affordable A2 Enduro With CFMoto Engine and Dashcam

Spanish brand Leonart Motors introduces the Rally 300, a lightweight adventure enduro priced under 4,000 euros. The 292 cc CFMoto single-cylinder produces 28 hp and promises over 500 kilometers of range thanks to a 16-liter tank.
  • 292 cc single-cylinder by CFMoto with 28 hp (21 kW) and 25 Nm
  • 150 kg weight, 883 mm seat height, 260 mm ground clearance
  • Integrated dashcam, 5-inch TFT display, and full LED lighting as standard

Leonart Motors, based in Mataró, Catalonia, is expanding its 2026 lineup with a model that is likely to attract attention in the current market. The Rally 300 is a lightweight adventure enduro in Dakar style, aimed at beginners and A2 license holders, at a price point significantly below what established manufacturers charge for comparable concepts. The Spanish brand’s business model is based on independent design combined with Chinese engineering, which directly impacts pricing.

CFMoto Single-Cylinder With 292 cc and Euro 5+

At the heart of the Rally 300 is a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with 292.4 cc displacement, supplied by CFMoto. The four-stroke engine features four valves, DOHC valve timing, and electronic fuel injection. Leonart rates the output at 28 hp (21 kW) at 8,750 rpm, with maximum torque of 25 Nm at the crankshaft, delivered at 7,200 rpm. A six-speed gearbox handles shifting duties, and power reaches the rear wheel via chain drive. The clutch is a wet multi-plate design. Top speed is rated at approximately 130 km/h (81 mph).

The engine meets the Euro 5+ emissions standard and is tuned for fuel efficiency. Leonart claims a consumption figure of 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers. Combined with the 16-liter tank, this yields a theoretical range of over 550 kilometers (342 miles). Even if real-world consumption is higher, more than 400 kilometers (249 miles) without refueling would be easily achievable — a real advantage when traveling in areas with sparse gas station coverage.

Steel Frame, Upside-Down Fork, and 19-Inch Front Wheel

The Rally 300 rides on a steel tube trellis frame that, according to the manufacturer, offers both rigidity and a robust visual presence. An upside-down telescopic fork handles duties at the front, while a central shock absorber with a conventional swingarm works at the rear. Suspension travel is designed for mixed use and provides reserves for off-road riding.

The wheel combination of 19 inches at the front (90/90-19) and 17 inches at the rear (130/80-17) underlines the enduro character. Both wheels feature wire-spoke rims with knobby tires. Disc brakes at both axles are supported by dual-channel ABS.

At 150 kg, the Rally 300 is among the lightest entries in the small adventure enduro segment, though it remains unclear whether this figure represents dry or wet weight. The seat height of 883 mm, combined with the low weight, should make the bike easily controllable, though shorter riders may find it sporty. The wheelbase measures 1,410 mm, and the ground clearance of 260 mm provides sufficient room for unpaved roads and rough terrain.

Dashcam, TFT, and LED: Plenty of Equipment for Little Money

In terms of equipment, the Rally 300 surprises given its price bracket. Standard features include full LED lighting with illuminated handlebar switches, a 5-inch TFT display, and a USB charging port. A windshield and a rear luggage rack round out the touring-ready package.

Particularly unusual for this price range is the dashcam integrated into the front fairing. Front-facing cameras are not yet standard on motorcycles and were previously available only as accessories, even on significantly more expensive models. The fact that Leonart includes this feature as standard equipment is likely to resonate with many potential buyers.

Marc Llorens, Head of Design at Leonart Motors, describes the concept: “La Rally 300 representa nuestra visión de una trail accesible, ligera y tecnológicamente avanzada, pensada para el usuario que quiere una moto versátil, sin renunciar a diseño ni equipamiento.” (“The Rally 300 represents our vision of an accessible, lightweight, and technologically advanced trail machine, designed for the user who wants a versatile motorcycle without sacrificing design or equipment.”)

He adds that the team worked to create a balanced model that feels at home both in urban environments and on more demanding routes, while always maintaining the design language and character of Leonart.

Three Colors and a Sister Model

The Leonart Rally 300 is available in three color variants: Orange, Black, and Gray. All three feature the angular, rally-inspired design language that makes the model look larger than its 292 cc displacement might suggest.

Alongside the Rally 300, Leonart has had the sister model Racer 300 in its lineup since February 2026. It shares the engine and basic engineering with the Rally but adopts a street-oriented crossover concept with 17-inch aluminum wheels, road tires, and a significantly lower seat height of just 79 centimeters. The Racer’s tank holds 17 liters — one liter more than the Rally. For those who find the Rally 300’s technology appealing but prefer a lower seat position and a pure street profile, the Racer 300 offers a direct alternative in the same price segment.

Pricing and Availability in Spain and Germany

In Spain, the Leonart Rally 300 has been available for pre-order since March 2026. The introductory price is 3,599 euros (approximately 3,890 USD), with the regular price set at 3,999 euros (approximately 4,320 USD). For Germany, Leonart Motors names SHL, based in Dresden, as the importer. The existing dealer network remains limited for now. The expected price for the German market is 4,499 euros (approximately 4,860 USD), matching the price level of the sister model Racer 300.

This positions the Rally 300 significantly below competitors such as the BMW G 310 GS, which starts at around 6,000 euros in Germany and offers slightly more power at 34 hp. However, the price difference of over 1,500 euros is substantial, and the Leonart comes with equipment features that only come as accessories on the BMW.

Whether the Rally 300 delivers on its spec sheet promises in daily use remains to be seen through ride reports and long-term experience. On paper, Leonart offers a remarkably comprehensive package at a price that is hard to beat in the current market.
