- Special edition of the V85 TT created with Napapijri, unveiled at EICMA 2026
- Heated grips, heated seat, hand guards, aluminium engine guard and MIA smartphone connectivity as standard
- Unchanged 853 cc V-twin with 80 hp, price and market launch still to be announced
At EICMA 2026 in Milan, Moto Guzzi is presenting a new version of its V85 TT adventure tourer. It was developed together with Napapijri, an Italian outdoor clothing brand. Besides its own paint scheme, the special edition comes with extra equipment aimed mainly at touring in cool weather. The engine, chassis and electronics, on the other hand, remain unchanged.

How does the V85 TT Napapijri differ from the standard V85 TT?
The differences lie in the looks and the equipment, while the special edition carries over the technology one to one. Anyone choosing the Napapijri version mainly gets comfort for cold days straight from the factory.
Heated grips and a heated seat come as standard. They are joined by hand guards, an aluminium engine guard and the Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia platform. It connects the smartphone to the dashboard, so calls, music and the voice assistant can be controlled using the buttons on the handlebar. Navigation is included too: the destination is entered on the phone, and the directions then appear on the display.
Part of the special equipment is not fitted to the bike but comes alongside it. The delivery includes Napapijri’s Bering Bag, a travel bag made of waxed cotton fabric. The material is called Pronto Intervento and is said to be particularly durable and weatherproof.
Why does the V85 TT Napapijri carry the Nordkapp lettering?
The lettering recalls an early journey from Moto Guzzi’s company history. Giuseppe Guzzi, the brother of company founder Carlo Guzzi, rode a GT 500 from Mandello del Lario to the Arctic Circle in the late 1920s, after which the motorcycle was given the nickname Norge.
For Moto Guzzi, this ride marks the beginning of its own touring tradition. Napapijri, for its part, has made the far north its brand theme and picks it up in many of its collections. The special edition builds on this shared passion for the north.
The partnership is not entirely new. It was announced in September at the Moto Guzzi World Days, the Giornate Mondiali Moto Guzzi (GMG). The first result was a limited everyday clothing collection. Each piece carries a specially designed emblem in which the Guzzi eagle and the Napapijri logo merge. With the V85 TT, the collaboration now moves onto the motorcycle.

What does the special edition’s paint scheme look like?
The colours are taken from the Napapijri logo and the Norwegian flag: blue and red meet a white tank. The visible frame, the front mudguard and the fork protectors also carry the colour scheme.
The tank features a graphic inspired by a world map, complemented by the geographic coordinates of the North Cape. The mudguard bears the NORDKAPP lettering. A combined logo of both brands is laser-engraved into the upper triple clamp.
One detail comes straight from Napapijri’s wardrobe. The Rainforest, a well-known windbreaker from the brand, has a pentagonal front pocket. Exactly this pentagon is engraved into the height-adjustable windscreen and embroidered on the seat. There it alternates with the stylised eagle found on all current Guzzi models.
Which engine powers the V85 TT Napapijri?
The special edition is powered by the air-cooled 90-degree V-twin with a displacement of 853 cc. It produces 80 hp (58.8 kW) at 7,750 rpm and delivers 83 Nm (61 lb-ft) at 5,100 rpm.
As is customary at Moto Guzzi, the V-twin sits transversely in the frame, so the two cylinders protrude to the left and right. Variable valve timing adjusts the valve lift, which is said to make 90 percent of the maximum torque available from as low as 3,500 rpm. Each cylinder has two valves, with the intake valves made of titanium. Bore and stroke measure 84 and 77 mm, and the compression ratio is 10.5:1.
The mixture is prepared by fuel injection with a single 52 mm throttle body, and the throttle is operated electronically via ride-by-wire. The engine complies with the Euro 5+ emissions standard. The tank holds 23 litres, including a 5-litre reserve.
Chassis, wheels and brakes
The backbone is a tubular frame made of high-strength steel. At the front there is a 41 mm upside-down fork, at the rear a box-section aluminium double-sided swingarm with a shock absorber mounted on the right. Both ends are adjustable for spring preload and rebound damping and each offer 170 mm of travel.
The cross-spoke wheels are designed for tubeless tyres, sized 110/80 R19 at the front and 150/70 R17 at the rear. The knobbly tyres are meant to allow detours onto gravel and dirt tracks as well. At the front, two floating 320 mm discs with radially mounted Brembo four-piston monobloc calipers do the braking, at the rear a 260 mm disc with a two-piston floating caliper.
The seat height is 830 mm and the wheelbase 1,530 mm. The bike weighs 209 kg (461 lbs) dry. Ready to ride with all fluids and a 90 percent full tank, it weighs 230 kg (507 lbs).

What electronics does the V85 TT Napapijri have?
The special edition comes with the full V85 TT electronics package, including cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control and cruise control. It is based on a six-axis inertial measurement unit that continuously records the motorcycle’s position relative to the road.
From this data, the electronics calculate how much braking pressure and drive force make sense at the respective lean angle. Four riding modes called Road, Sport, Offroad and Rain tune the MGCT traction control, the ABS and the throttle response together.
All riding data is shown on a 5-inch colour TFT display. The windscreen can be adjusted to five positions without tools, with a total adjustment range of 70 mm. At the front sits the round twin LED headlight, whose daytime running light traces the shape of the Guzzi eagle.
How much does the Moto Guzzi V85 TT Napapijri cost?
Moto Guzzi has not yet announced a price for the special edition, and there is no information on the market launch so far. The standard V85 TT serves as a guide, with a recommended retail price in Germany of 13,600 euros (approx. 15,320 US dollars) including on-the-road costs.
The better-equipped touring version, the V85 TT Travel, costs 15,100 euros (approx. 17,010 US dollars). Where the Napapijri edition, with its comfort equipment and travel bag, will slot in between these two models will only become clear with the official price list.
At the Milan show, the V85 TT Napapijri is Moto Guzzi’s second major new model alongside the new The Trip. Both are among the motorcycles with which the brand from Mandello del Lario is heading into the coming model year.
